Pinch valves simply shut off
Pinch valves
Hablützel AG distributes the pinch valves of the company in Switzerland. Prema-Service GmbH. Service and repairs are also carried out in Switzerland, so that short delivery times are possible.
Use
Pinch valves are primarily used as shut-off devices for dust, free-flowing, granular and pasty media as well as liquid and gaseous substances.
The valves are closed by applying pressure to the outside of the diaphragm. Actuation is either hydraulic or pneumatic. The highly elastic sleeve ensures perfect tightness even with solid inclusions.
Thanks to their robust and compact design, pinch valves are particularly suitable for installation in difficult conditions and where space is limited.
Advantages
PREMAFLEX pinch valves have an extra thick diaphragm of high material quality. This results in a long service life, even with high switching frequencies.
The diaphragm is firmly anchored in the housing and additionally secured. It can be replaced quickly and easily if necessary. The valves are available with nominal widths of up to 250 mm.
Materials
The shut-off diaphragms are available in various material qualities to suit the different operating conditions: from natural rubber to special plastic for aggressive media.
PREMAFLEX pinch valves are available in cast iron, plastic, steel, stainless steel (flanges) or aluminum.
