– In our own engineering department, we are happy to support you with our 3D CAD workstations, on which we can visualize complex designs and also create the corresponding production documents.

– Repairs and maintenance on our own and third-party products are carried out competently by our service teams. Our large warehouse and our flexible employees enable us to offer short response times even in emergency situations.

Glass bead blasting
Finishing surfaces
Glass bead blasting is the ideal surface treatment for sensitive precious metals such as chrome and chrome-nickel steel. A homogeneous, directionless, extremely decorative and cloud-free surface is achieved by machine blasting the sheets and parts.
When the 0.25 mm glass beads hit the surface, the material to be treated is smoothed, weld burn is removed cleanly, patina and oxidation layers are removed. The smooth surface structure of the workpiece is strengthened and visually enhanced by glass bead blasting.
After processing, the workpiece retains a matt surface that neither reflects nor dazzles throughout its entire service life.
