Big bag docking
The Hablützel big bag docking system has decisive advantages over conventional docking systems. Operation is convenient and reliable.
A big bag is docked with low dust levels within 40 seconds .In operating mode, the docking system is 100% leak-proof.
Thanks to the two-part design, the docking is unfolded and the big bag neck is slipped over the inflatable tube. In the next step, the docking is closed again.
An automatic system ensures that the hose is inflated when it is closed. The hose seals the big bag against the filler pipe. The big bag is opened and is ready for operation. The seal is 100% tight, even if there is excess pressure in the big bag.
Big bag handling
The reason for developing the Hablützel big bag feed with swivel arm was that the room height was too low.
The swivel arm reduces the required room height to a minimum. However, the hydraulic adjustment of the swivel arm offers the same convenience as a chain hoist with trolley.
A flexing device is available so that even poorly flowing products can flow out. This is also hydraulically driven and therefore offers considerable power reserves.
A stainless steel version is also available as an option.
